Quality Child Care = Strong Workforce, Community, and Economy!

On Thursday, February 24th, 2022 Arizona Early Childhood advocates will gather virtually to champion Arizona’s children! During Early Childhood Day at the Capitol 2022, advocates will have the opportunity to meet virtually with their state legislators to educate them on the importance of early childhood years. Advocates may also register for the Early Childhood Day at the Capitol Panels where we will hear from legislators, business owners, childcare providers, and families on how quality childcare links to a strong workforce, community, and economy in Arizona.

Please join us in this opportunity to champion Arizona’s children and show policymakers the transformative impact early childhood investments have on our communities!

Event schedule:

Virtual meetings with Arizona State Legislators will be scheduled throughout the day. Advocates should plan to be available to be scheduled for meetings anytime between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Childcare Providers/Families' Voice Virtual Panel: 1:00pm-2:00pm

Businesses/Legislators' Voice Virtual Panel: 2:30pm-3:30pm
